MALIBU STYLE CHANGE OF MIND ONLINE RETURN POLICY

 (please read all terms and conditions)

We offer you a 7 day REFUND on change of mind full priced items only ( free post as part of your original order will be deducted from your refund ( unless item was agreed as faulty when sold)  .. the return postage for a change of mind is at your cost and please contact us via email or text to ensure correct address to send your return 

We also offer a 14 day EXCHANGE OR 12 months ONLINE STORE CREDIT for any FULL PRICED ITEM that is approved and returned for the change of mind within 14 days of receipt. PLEASE CALL TO RESERVE YOUR EXCHANGE 
This 14 day policy is based on the date of receipt at your chosen address or date received at post office for our customers who use a P.O. Box .. the 14 day for our terms is not extended until you choose to collect or delay opening your package. We must be contacted within 2 business days of the receipt date provided by tracking details for APPROVAL of your return and the item must be posted back on this date or your return will be rejected for delays in returning items  

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGE ON FACE MASKS OR EARRINGS DUE TO HEALTH REGULATIONS 

There is no change of mind return on clearance items ( they are covered only by faulty policy below)

 

Under Australian Consumer Law we are not legally obliged to offer a change of mind but we do offer this for our customers as part of our online servIce

12 months ONLINE CREDIT which we will email once items are inspected to you a unique code via our online store gift card to shop with and is not transferable to cash or refund of payment .

EXCHANGING ITEMS  must have a self addressed pre paid post bag included with your return to send you the exchange items back( please make sure you have contacted us to ensure an exchange is possible and we have items on hold for you. Please don’t just send without approval 

POSTAGE is not refundable on change of mind and postage incurred by us for free post will be deducted from refunds if you are not doing an exchange and simply just wanting to return a change of mind item

We are not liable for items lost in transit but will help to track and trace item if required 

Please understand that if an item is returned to us outside of our terms and conditions and without prior approval from us then it will be at our store for you to organise postage payment for its return 

This is an Australia wide policy to cover all customers and applies to all methods of payments 

We hope you love what you have purchased but if you are not completely happy we would love to know

We will carefully inspect any approved return items and we reserve the right to deny returns outside of our trading terms and if the garment isn't in the original unworn condition or without tags or has Makeup marks .. perfume or another smell or not in shop ready condition then you will need to organise collections of your item as it will not be exchanged or credited and should never have been returned as we take pride in providing beautiful quality items

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your change of mind item and it must be posted within the time frame or items will be rejected for credit or exchange 

Shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind purchases.

FAULTY ITEMS 
We will always accept a return on any faulty items and will will pay for postage costs incurred to you. Please inspect item and let us know within 2 days of receiving it and contact us for approval before sending with your proof of purchase and item must not have any signs of tampering/ wear/ smells  to be accepted back by us. We inspect all items and sometimes a fault slips past but Deliberately tampering with an item and claiming a refund/exchange is a criminal offence and will be dealt with by police 

Under Australian consumer law we have the right to replace for exact item or repair the item and if that’s not possible we will then refund. If you return a faulty item and reject it been repaired or replaced then it will be treated as normal change of mind policy and those terms will apply
